Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
- Most items at LAZO DIAMOND are ready stock. If the item is out of stock, it will take about 2 weeks to prepare and ship your order.
- You will receive an e-mail notifications with postal tracking number when your order has been processed and subsequently shipped.
- You can also check your order status through your account.
NOTE : Lazo Diamond will only entertain orders within Malaysian Peninsular.
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment made.
- Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Malaysia).
- Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost of parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.
- Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist throughout the compensation claims (if any).
- Shipping is with the Pos Laju shipping method, your order will be delivered to your doorstep so a person needs to be there to receive it. If nobody happens to be around to receive the parcel, you can arrange for re-delivery or selfpick-up at nearby Pos Laju Office.
- Orders shipped via Pos Laju are insured and track-able. You will be informed with the tracking number via e-mail when your order is being shipped so you can track your order.
NOTE : Please allow 3-7 working days for the items to be delivered.
- Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
- Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
- Lazo Diamond will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
- Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
- Lazo Diamond reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
- Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
- New sign-up member is entitled to the followings:
- Upon sign-up new member will be earning 500 points for free.
For every RM1 spent = 1 reward point.
Points can be redeemed for use in purchases online at Lazo Diamond. The conversion rate is: 100 points=RM1. Min Redemption is of 500 points = RM5.
- Reward Points can be exchanged into voucher form.
- The voucher converted will be used during check out process.
- The value of each individual Voucher has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.
- In the event when goods redeemed with points are returned as deemed defective, valid receipts have to be presented, and it is subject to relevant terms concerning returning goods; points deducted will not be refunded.
- Reward Points are only valid when implement during check out process.
- All payments have to be made through direct transfer or online banking (iPay88) which supports credit and debit card and linked to our shopping cart.
- All refunds will be transferred based on daily basis. NOTE: 1)It may take 2 to 3 weeks of time period for credit/debit card refund. 2)It may takes up to 7-14 working days for cash refund.
- Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
- All pending payments will be cancelled after 3 days of non-payment, and remain unchanged in the shopping cart. Customer may re-select item(s) and make the payment again.
- Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
